**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
- Managing Digital unit to provide development, operation and continual improvement of the digital systems using up to date technology, speed to market meeting business demand with service conformation to the service level and quality standards.
- This is a management role within the MAHB IT Delivery and is responsible to manage team in Digital unit for the Digital Solution Development and Operation Needs across MAHB including Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting and Team performance monitoring, This position is also expected to do early business engagement and get buy in with key stakeholders on the business process standardisation and streamlining based on the approved Digital roadmap for operational modernisation.
- This role also will closely working with MAHB Transformation Managment Office to support the digital system adoption programme, including human capital coaching, overcoming resistance and cultivating innovation and new culture.

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- Responsible to propose and manage the Digital unit budget
- Responsible to Plan & Deliver the Digital Consolidation and Standardization Project to MAHB
- Responsible to manage Digital Solution development project and operation for MAHB
- Responsible to practise Agile DevOps operations for MAHB
- Ensure growth in the personnel skills for subordinates
- Identify and recommend opportunities for IT commercial based services
- Design and Integrates related systems to ensure production readiness and support problem management and resolution through tactical and strategic technology insertions
- Analyze requirement, design and build systems for business needs and advise for standardisation using best practices
- Acts as an expert consultant for the Digital solution design for MAHB
- Provide leadership and vision in proposing and implementing Digital Solutions to complex delivery system design and integration problem
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks or duties as directed by Superior(s) or Management from time to time
- Managing all Digital Solution System Development and Operation across IT Division

**Key Challenges**:

- Meeting the high customer satisfaction on the system or enhancement delivered
- Managing frequent requirement change from the customer by advising them to adopt best practices or standardised the operation processes
- Project implementation with limited manpower and Quick timeframe period without compromising the quality of the system/product
- Sourcing external quality IT Resources i.e software developer to assist the system standardisation and modernization project development

**Education**:
**EXTERNAL**
- Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline
- Master Degree would be an added advantage.

**UNIQUE REQUIREMENT**
- Must be knowledgeable in Digital Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Software Agile Development methodology. Possess very good knowledge, practices and experiences in digital systems operations and scrum and agile methodology
- Familiar in airport industry and digital related operation and it’s environment. Certified in ITIL v4 is an added advantage

**Relevant Industries**:
**EXTERNAL**
- Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA with minimum 5 years IT experiences in Digital development and operations supervisory role.
- Knowledge in mobile, web development using Front End Stack (.Net Core, Angular, ReactJS, React Native) and Back end Stack (Java, Spring Boot) and office automation.
- Knowledge in UNIX, Windows, Google and Cloud Services(Azure,GCP) with Open Architecture Technology.
- Knowledge and practiced Scrum Agile method in software development and operation.
