Project Management Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Project Planning and Coordination**
- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well-understood and met.
- Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
**2. Execution and Monitoring**
- Support the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to approved plans and standards.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely updates to the Project Manager or senior management.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and necessary actions.
**3. Risk Management**
- Identify, evaluate, and document project risks.
- Assist in developing mitigation strategies and ensure implementation of risk management plans.
**4. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, agreements, meeting minutes, and other records.
- Support post-project evaluations, preparing lessons-learned reports for process improvements.
- Coordinate with and report to Project Management Team Lead closely to ensure successful project delivery and closure.
**5. Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate feedback channels.
**6. Process Improvement**
- Participate in reviewing and enhancing project management processes and tools for better efficiency.
- Propose innovative solutions to streamline project execution.
**QUALIFICATION**
- Equivalent to Diploma or higher
- Experienced/Fresh grad with a positive attitude is welcome.
**OTHER SKILLS**
- Good command of spoken and written English and Malay
- Good interpersonal, organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Pro-active, confident, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards of integrity, and possesses the drive for self-development.
- Have an understanding of the project life cycle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with building management and basic accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, power point, visio) will be an advantage.
- Able to travel to project sites (residential areas) following the client’s availability.
Pay: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
