**Qualifications & Requirements for Success**
- A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant IT support or infrastructure role.
- Solid technical expertise and practical experience with:

- Microsoft Windows and Server platforms (2012 and above)
- Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, WSUS, Active Directory, and DNS
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., Hypervisor) and Terminal Services
- Network management including WAN, LAN switches, firewalls, VPN, and load balancers
- Microsoft Office 365 and office automation (OA) software
- Internet technologies, network optimization tools, and security solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
