**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify stock levels and conduct monthly or quarterly inventory checks.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages to management and propose optimization solutions.
- **Order Processing**:

- Receive and process orders from international customers, ensuring accuracy in order details.
- Coordinate with the production team to align production schedules with customer needs.
- Arrange international logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders and provide tracking information.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Address customer inquiries, handle order changes, complaints, and after-sales issues.
- Gather customer feedback and prepare regular reports to improve customer service processes.
- **Documentation and Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory and order records, ensuring data integrity.
- Update customer profiles and transaction history to support the finance and sales teams.
- Prepare sales reports, inventory summaries, and other relevant documentation.

**Job Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma or higher in logistics, business, management, or related fields preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English, capable of effective communication with international customers.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in administrative assistance, logistics, or customer service is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP systems) and office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a cross-departmental mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Personal Traits**: Highly responsible, strong under pressure, and eager to take on new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
