Job Description:
Connect Energy is looking for a SITE ADMINISTRATOR to work on a biorefinery project in Johor, Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain documents, files in the project sites to be organization and easy to find when needed.
- Assist in preparation to distribute reports, memos and other communication materials.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointment and manage calendars for project managers and team members.
- Manage security passes for staffs and visitors
- Coordinate transport or other logistics arrangement when required.
- Control and manage office supplies to make sure they are available when needed by the project team.
- Help to manage safety report and notification within the site.
- Maintain and organize records of permits, licenses and other legal documents
- Other administrative work required within the project.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in working at site office for an oil and gas projects.
- Independent and multi tasker
- Able to communicate well with different nationalities.
- Able to take on 2 years contract
- Immediate starter highly preferred.
- MUST have experience working in Malaysia for refinery projects before.
