**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transportation Management**:

- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of trucks, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any transportation issues or delays promptly.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics operations.
- Provide updates on shipment status and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their specific logistics needs.
- **Route Planning and Optimization**:

- Develop and optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel costs and delivery times.
- Collaborate with drivers and fleet managers to address route challenges.
- **Inventory and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with shipping documentation requirements, such as bills of lading and customs forms.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- **Vendor and Partner Coordination**:

- Liaise with third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all transportation activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor driver and fleet compliance with safety and operational standards.
- **Problem Solving and Troubleshooting**:

- Address any logistics issues, such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
- Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on logistics operations, including costs, efficiency, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
