F&b Crew

**JOB AND ROLE PURPOSE**:
F&B Crew members support both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. They engage with customers, take orders, serve food, and maintain a clean dining area. In the kitchen, they assist with food prep and ensure hygiene standards are met. Their role is vital for delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations.

**MAIN WORK FUNCTION & KEY TASKS**:
**A. Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and serve customers professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

**2. Service Tasks**:

- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.

**3. Support Functions**:

- Assist with reservations and seating arrangements.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.

**B. Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities**:
**1. Food Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing and plating dishes under the chef's supervision.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

**2. Kitchen Maintenance**:

- Help with cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment and spaces.
- Stock supplies and manage inventory levels as needed.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with the FOH team to ensure smooth service.
- Support teamwork in both kitchen activities and service delivery.

4. **Brand Champion**: Serve as a passionate advocate for the brand by ensuring guest experiences align with brand values, clearly communicating goals to the team, and exemplifying strong work ethic and service. You inspire operational excellence and embody brand values in all leadership actions.

Other related tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
