**Job Summary**:
The Accounts & Finance Executive is responsible for documenting & overseeing accounts & financial matters.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage group of companies funding requirements and reporting
- Handle full set of accounts for group of companies, and manage year-end audit schedule preparation and liaise with relevant tax authorities.
- Manage and ensure payment and collection transactions are posted correctly and up to date.
- Perform in monthly accounts closing, financial analysis and tax reporting.
- Perform bank and other reconciliations, prepare audit schedules, fixed assets register.
- Liaising with Banks, auditors, inter-companies and other external parties for group of companies audit report submission.
- Liaising with bankers/company secretary in opening of bank accounts and updating of users’ requirements from time to time including preparation and circulation of documents for signing.
- Liaising with Banks, auditors, inter-companies and other external parties
Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details.
- Committed team player, meticulous, able to work independently & meeting deadlines
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and proficient in spreadsheet
- Knowledge of AutoCount or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Meticulous, organised and possess good analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, previous experience in financial service industry or audit profession will be an advantage.
