**About the Job Descriptions**
- To perform daily entry tasks.
- To responsible for order placement and shipment monitoring on time.
- To ensure import/export documentation is prepared timely and accurately.
- To handle quotations according to customer’s requirements timely and accurately.
- To prepare shipping documentation such as bill of lading, commercial invoices and billing shipments.
- To assist in clerical/administration works such as filing, handling phone calls & handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- To provide general administrative and clerical support to the superior as required.
- Fresh graduates/ School Leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills and proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport

**Remuneration Packages**

Attractive salary package from **RM1,800 - RM2,500,**depending on qualification and experiences.
