The **Vice Principal** **I** supports the CEO/Principal in executing the strategic and operational plans of the school. The role encompasses a broad range of educational, and leadership responsibilities. The Vice Principal I acts as the principal’s representative in his absence and plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of academic and extracurricular programs, staff development, and school administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support CEO/Principal**
- Assist the CEO/Principal in executing all strategic and operational plans for the school
- Collaborate with the CEO/Principal to ensure the effective administration of the school.

**Acting Principal Responsibilities**
- Assume the CEO/Principal’s responsibilities during their absence, ensuring continuity of school operations and decision-making.
- Serve as the acting Principal during the Principal’s absence, maintaining the authority to make decisions on all aspects of school operations.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and continuity in leadership.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring that all functions continue smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and address any issues or challenges that arise, making timely and informed decisions to resolve them.

**Administrative Oversight**
- Provide the CEO/Principal with updates on the development, implementation, and effectiveness of the school curriculum. This includes both the core curriculum and any supplementary programs.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with school policies.

**Academic Leadership**
- Oversee the daily operations of all schools and monitor programs and compliance of schools by ensuring HMs/Heads are meeting objectives and standards set forth by the management.
- Responsible for recommending and overseeing academic excellence programs for schools.
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction.
- Monitor overall academic progress and implement strategies for academic improvement.

**Administrative Duties**
- Assist in budget preparation and financial management.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO/Principal.

**External Examination**
- Oversee the scheduling and planning of IGCSE and SPM examinations, ensuring compliance with the examination board requirements and deadlines.

**Counsellor**
- Oversee the effective delivery of counselling services within the school, ensuring that the counsellor’s schedule is appropriately managed to meet the needs of students, staff, and parents.
- Ensure that the counselling program aligns with the school's values and supports the emotional, social, and academic well-being of students.

**Co-Curricular and Co-Academic Programs**
- Design, implement, and evaluate co-curricular and co-academic programs that complement the academic curriculum, enhancing students' overall educational experience.
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of events, competitions, and activities, ensuring smooth coordination with academic schedules.
- Provide leadership and support to teachers involved in co-curricular and co-academic activities, helping them align activities with educational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field.
- Previous experience in school management team or any leadership roles.
- Familiarity with education system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
