Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on customer interactions when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and system updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to service quality improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/systems.
- Willing to work on shifts/weekends (if applicable).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Experience in [industry, e.g., financial services, retail, logistics] is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,520.95 - RM5,849.73 per month
