Job Overview:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of reports and dashboards that encompass performance, analytics, and operational data from various systems.
- Utilize automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data integrity by removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems, reorganizing data into a readable and accessible format.
- Perform analyses to assess the quality and meaning of data, using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
- Assign numerical values to essential business functions to assess and compare business performance over time.
- Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Collaborate with management to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders, explaining the data-analysis steps to enable informed decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal development for the data analytics function.
- Conduct regular reviews of team procedures and process flows to ensure they meet guidelines and business needs.
- Research and recommend process improvement solutions, ensuring efficiency and currency of established procedures.
- Provide ongoing reviews and feedback on potential risks and threats, identifying risk elements and taking appropriate corrective and/or preventive measures.
- Manage internal communications related to data analytics and reporting with various stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Business English, both verbal and written.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience working with unstructured datasets.
- In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies, including SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining complex forecasting models.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including formulas and VBA - Macro) and PowerPoint.
- Experience in supporting data structures, metadata, dependencies, and data transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Highly developed project management skills with a proven ability to deliver organizational projects within designated timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and focus in a fast-paced, flexible environment with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage stress appropriately.
