Sales and Marketing Executive at Pasir Gudang

A multinational manufacturer specializing in imaging and printing solutions, including photo printing systems, thermal transfer ribbons, and digital imaging technologies, with a strong presence in Asia and global market reach.

**Job Scope**
- To perform both Sales and Marketing job scope based on Company scope / requirement related to B2B business requirements.
- Mainly to conduct Sales job which support from the Senior Sales staff and to perform marketing job as below details simultaneously.
- Conduct marketing research and related activities to understand customer needs, market trend and competitor’s strategies.
- Implementing marketing plan and strategies for new and existing product on both platform online marketing and offline marketing.
- Assist Sales manager on handling the customer enquiries and orders.
- Assist Sales manager on the sales analysis, data entry and report preparation.
- Responsible in making, managing, and updating company newsletter, company websites, social media and marketing material.
- Assist in preparing bi-weekly reports on social media update.
- Assist in organizing monthly meetings with local and regional sales representatives.
- Occasionally visit customers and markets (domestic and international) to collect and research market information.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Experience in B2B business marketing and sales.
- Working experience with sales background will be added advantage.
- At least 2-3 working experiences in marketing (on-line, social media, video maker, website developer and new trendy), new product designing, and product launch is an advantage.
- Preferably junior executive in marketing or equivalent with digital and e-marketing communication, website and social media updates.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time management skills; detail-oriented, ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Social Media Marketing, hosting webinars and Photoshop Illustrator.
- With IT / Mass Communication background as a website developer / short videomaker is an advantage.
- Willing to travel (local and overseas) when required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Details**
- **Salary: Up to RM7,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)**:

- Monday to Friday, 8.00AM - 5.00PM
- Location: Pasir Gudang
- Employment Status: Permanent Hiring
- Transport allowance: RM150
- Meal Subsidy: RM100

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
