**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- To attend enquiries, complaints from the owners
- Managing accounts and inventory, processing invoices, official receipt & quotation.
- To call and follow-up with the owners for outstanding payment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage to prepared minute meeting and proposal
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Maintain contact lists
**SKILLS PROFILE**
- Good communication skills
- Work independently

- Problem solving
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**:
- MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel
- Required language (s); Bahasa Malaysia, English (basic)
- At least 1 year working experience in same field.
- Able to work independently
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to do multi task
- Thrive in a high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
- Good attention to detail and good work attitude
- Show initiative and willingness to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
