Civil Technician / Handyman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, structures, and civil infrastructure.
- Carry out tasks such as bricklaying, concrete mixing/pouring, plastering, and minor carpentry.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures and basic piping systems.
- Conduct tiling, painting, drywall installation and patching work.
- Inspect and diagnose issues in buildings and infrastructure, and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist engineers and senior technicians with site work as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Document and report work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in civil or building maintenance is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a civil maintenance or handyman role.
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance techniques and building systems.
- Basic understanding of blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Service technician: 1 year (preferred)
