As part of our nationwide expansion, we are hiring vibrant and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of **Retail & Live Host Executive** at our **Paka outlet**. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a flair for online engagement, this is your chance to shine

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers choosing gold jewelry
- Host engaging live sessions on Facebook and TikTok to promote new arrivals and exclusive collections
- Build rapport with online viewers and respond to inquiries during and after live broadcasts
- Confidently present product features, pricing, and promotions
- Work toward sales goals and contribute to the store’s performance
- Keep the retail space clean, organized, and visually appealing

**Requirements**:

- SPM or equivalent (No experience required - full training provided)
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera and hosting social media live sessions
- Willingness to learn about gold jewelry trends and features
- Able to commit to shifts on weekends and public holidays
- Prior sales or livestreaming experience is a plus (negotiable salary for experienced applicants)
- Fresh grads encouraged to apply

Tugas & Tanggungjawab
- Memberi khidmat pelanggan kepada pembeli emas di kedai
- Mengendalikan sesi jualan secara langsung (live) di Facebook & TikTok
- Berinteraksi dengan penonton dan menjawab pertanyaan semasa live
- Menerangkan kelebihan produk, harga, dan promosi dengan yakin
- Mencapai sasaran jualan dan menyumbang kepada prestasi kedai
- Menjaga kebersihan dan susun atur barang kemas dalam kedai

Kriteria Diperlukan
- Minimum SPM (Tiada pengalaman? Latihan akan disediakan)
- Perwatakan ceria dan komunikasi yang baik
- Selesa bercakap di hadapan kamera untuk sesi live
- Minat mendalam untuk belajar tentang emas dan perhiasan
- Bersedia bekerja hujung minggu dan cuti umum
- Pengalaman dalam jualan atau hosting live adalah satu kelebihan (Gaji boleh dirunding)
- Graduan baharu digalakkan memohon
