Conveyancing & Litigation Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Conveyancing:_
- Prepare and handle sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, tenancy agreements, and related legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, banks, and government authorities such as land offices and LHDN.
- Monitor and follow up on the progress of files from start to completion.
- Perform online searches, stamping, and filing of documents.
- Ensure timely submission and registration of documents.
- Litigation:_
- Prepare cause papers, bundle of documents, affidavits, and legal correspondences.
- Manage court filings (physical and e-filing) and keep track of court dates and deadlines.
- Maintain and update litigation files and calendars.
- Assist in hearing and trial preparations including document compilation and court book management.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and relevant parties.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a legal firm (conveyancing or litigation).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and legal software (if any).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Knowledge in other language will preferred but not compulsory.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
