The Role:

- Perform the administration, on-boarding and off-boarding of privileged accounts; provisioning and de-provisioning of users’ access; request for password reset for valid and approved request.
- Analyze, support and resolve Privileged Access Management system issues within SLA.
- Manage re-certification and conduct periodic review of access rights for users and Privileged ID access control within stipulated timeline and monitor to ensure they are up-to-date.
- Support internal and external audit by providing IAM evidence in cooperation with IT and business owners.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

**The Person**:

- Understanding of business flows and how various systems interact with one another.
- Ensure timely and effective identification, investigation, escalation (if any) and proper closure of detected anomalies / suspicious activities with concrete evidences.
- Support and facilitate audit activities.
- Able to effectively translate issues to business impact, and ensure that the appropriate sense of urgency is applied.
- Able to remain professional and tactical in stressful situations.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
