Main Duties & Responsibilities

Server and Network
- Manage and ensure the effectiveness of company servers.
- Oversee the administrations of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD, VPN, ERP.
- Maintain network hardware equipment (e.g., modem, router, switches, UPS)
- Ensure integrity and security of the servers and database. This includes information backup, recovery and archiving.
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Test network performance and develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
- Complete and accurate documentation pertaining network and security.
- Coordinates with network equipment vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Regular communication across the company pertaining network activities, training and new system improvements.
- Generating various reports by querying database

Hardware
- Provide IT Asset Management, including maintenance of inventory and the related documentation. This includes all hardware and software assets in the HQ and store.
- Provide IT equipment and configuration for all staffs.
- Provide Day to day delivery of the IT Support to HQ and store
- Establish relationships with technology and hardware vendors.

Operations
- To ensure major system operation functions - receiving, disposal, promotions, price updates, HQ Listing, stocktake, PO issuance are executed correctly.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.

Continuous Improvements
- Responsible for identifying system improvements based on our current practices; designing modifications research, planning, and implementing new procedures, systems utilization and protocol in the company.
- Technical expert in the functional role of the system, system testing and UAT.

Qualifications & Work Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer science
2. 5+ years’ experience in IT management
3. Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
4. Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
5. Professional Certifications are a bonus

**Salary**: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
