**Job Summary**:
As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in the kitchen, assisting with the preparation and cooking of dishes. You will work closely with our talented chefs, gaining valuable experience and honing your culinary skills.
- Due to visa limitations, only locals will be considered._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Receive and store deliveries appropriately
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment / culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
