**Responsibilities**:

- Provides a full range of administrative, clerical and office support including, but not limited to:
A) Word processing production for variety of executive team members.
- B) Manager calendars.
- C) Assists in phone reception for executive and administrative departments.
- D) Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages.
- E) Provides clerical/administrative support, including the composition and preparation of- F) Performs photocopying and other production services.
- G) Prepares and maintains Administrative Assistant procedures. Maintains training
- curriculum and provides training to back-up personnel.
- H) Advises supervisor of any issues to ensure excellent customer service.- To assist and coordinating in arranging delivery schedule for customer.
- Other duties as assigned/required by immediate superior or the Management.
- Provides a full range of support including assistance with scheduling, work processing, and reception and facilities needs as needed.
- Advises supervisor of any issues to ensure orderly and efficient administration operation.
- Other duties as assigned/required by immediate superior or the Management.
