**Responsible**:

- Review & manage Centre employee hiring and performances.
- Arrange department meetings if required, and inform respective departments for updates if any.
- Manage all training within the Centre.
- Scheduling timetable for the Staff Nurse.
- Consistently review the departmental processes to ensure all are fit for purpose and add value.
- Maintain the Centre's quality with continual improvement and employee involvement.
- Manage the Centre ensuring high-quality business activities with maximum quality, service, and profitability for the organization.
- Nurture customer relationships and uncover opportunities for additional client support. To achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Develop, manage, and motivate a strong, effective team member.
- Centre stock inventory management and replenishment of all departments.
- Monitor daily staff productivity of all departments.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that are assigned by the management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A registered nurse is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay (either one language will not be considered).
- Diploma or 5 years of experience in the confinement industry is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of Confinement Centre related are preferred.
- Possess initiative, positive attitude, proactive, drive, and ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Logical Thinker.
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to adjust actions in relation to others’ actions, and to be aware of others’ reactions and understand why they react as they do.
- Ability to use logic and valid reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Experience in dealing with multi-stakeholders within the organization.
- Good resolving skills.
- Make good decisions in a timely manner, based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and people management, preferably in the Confinement Centre.
- Able to commit 6 working days weekly including one day on weekends (Sundays).
- Able to cook is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
