**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients through visitations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businesses.
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers through field visits and phone calls.
- Present & promote products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Provide customers with quotations and samples.
- Attain sales targets set by company.
- Gather customers feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and services.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
- Possess own mode of transport.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
