**About the Role**
We are looking for a meticulous and organised **Clerical Officer** to join our team. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative, data management, and document control tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle end-to-end processing of regulatory documents: scanning, recording, distribution, filing, and tracking.
- Manage mailing processes (collection, distribution, and outgoing mail execution).
- Maintain inventory records for IT and office equipment.
- Keep staff movement and personnel records updated.
- Assist in coordinating department budgets, programmes, and events.
- Maintain and update regulatee profiles, access management, and published information on our website.
- Follow up on the timely submission of regulatory and statistical reports through platforms.
- Address platform login issues for Reporting Institutions (RIs).
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and prepare quarterly management dashboards when required.
**Requirements**:
- **Academic**: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years in office administration.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft 365** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in document management, data entry, and data mining.
- Good communication skills; knowledge of Microsoft Access, Adobe Illustrator, or infographic design is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
