- ** Job Description**
- ** As a Business Development and Marketing Manager, your role is the key to the growth of the business and demands a very high work ethic, an incredible attitude and a problem-solver mindset;**
- ** You will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, execution and optimization of regional integrated marketing campaigns for ADE. In this key role, you will be responsible for determining and developing the campaign, including strategy, messaging and marketing mix, along with all the components of the campaign;**
- ** You will monitor and report on market and competitive developments;**
- ** Your ultimate goal is to acquire new clients through a combination of prospecting techniques leveraging off your network and business contacts;**
- ** To succeed in this role, you need to be driven and a great communicator;**
- ** You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development and Marketing.**
- ** Responsibilities**
- ** Acquire new business based on your assigned geographical area;**
- ** Identify opportunities in new business verticals and location;**
- ** Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans and strategy. Positioning ADE as the primary MRO in this region;**
- ** Build and manage relationships with the clients;**
- ** Contribute and work together with the operations team to ensure alignment in the business strategy;**
- ** Follow up ruthlessly on opportunities and achieve monthly targets;**
- ** Build strategy for new market;**
- ** ASEAN Market expansion will be one of area segmentation;**
- ** Regularly update key stakeholders on campaign plans, program deliverables and schedules.**
- ** Requirement**
- ** Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication OR similar disciplines;**
- ** Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales from eCommerce, Commercial Aviation, FMCG, Telco or Media or any high energy, fast moving industry;**
- ** Excellent communicator with an out of the box thinking;**
- ** Strong business acumen and well-honed financial sensitivity;**
- ** Team Player and Excellent Organization Skills;**
- ** Strong Leadership & Experience in managing multi-level and large numbers of subordinates;**
- ** Excellent Media knowledge, flair for e-commerce & digital strategy with sensitivity to cultures**
- ** Goal focused**
- ** attention to detail and able to deliver tasks on time**
- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**
- ** Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Tools**
