_**About the Role**_
We are a forwarding, shipping, and logistics company looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Admin cum Marketing Executive** to join our team. This role combines administrative support, marketing activities, and tender/procurement responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
**A. Administrative Duties**
**1) Documentation & Records Management**
- Prepare, file, and maintain shipping, forwarding, and logistics documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Customs declarations, invoices etc.).
- Ensure timely submission of customs and port documentation to relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings, shipments, and transactions.
**2) Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with operations, warehouse, and drivers for shipment updates.
- Communicate with clients and agents to confirm schedules, requirements, and documentation.
**3) Office Management**
- Handle petty cash, purchase office supplies, and maintain office inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
**4) Procurement / Tender Management**
- Monitor and source tender opportunities from various platforms (ePerolehan, Ariba, Sennego, etc.)
- Prepare and compile tender/procurement documents, including forms, certificates, and supporting materials.
- Obtain competitive quotations and ensure procurement complies with company policies.
- Submit tender documents within deadlines and maintain a database of submissions.
**B. Marketing & Business Development**
- Plan and implement marketing activities to promote company services.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and proposals.
- **Key Skills & Competencies**_
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations (is an advantage).
- Knowledge of tender and procurement processes (is an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
- **Qualifications & Experience**_
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry (preferred).
- Experience in tender preparation and procurement is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics and marketing are encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
