**Job Summary**:
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, and providing administrative support to the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- **Communication Management**:
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization’s services.
- **Visitor Coordination**:
- Ensure proper visitor registration and issue visitor passes as necessary.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and manage the visitor logbook.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- **Recordkeeping**:
- Maintain an updated directory of staff and contact details.
- Assist in organizing and filing documents.
- **Security and Safety**:
- Monitor access to the premises and report any security concerns.
- Ensure compliance with visitor and workplace safety protocols.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with standard office hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Primarily office-based with prolonged periods of sitting.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
