We’re building a vibrant AI community and YouTube channel, focused on AI-driven automations and no-code solutions for solopreneurs and business owners. Our mission is to empower creators with tools like n8n and Zapier through engaging content and an active Skool community. We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our community, coordinate video production, and handle social media posting to help us scale efficiently.

**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a creative designer who can blend **attention-grabbing YouTube visuals** with **modern app and web UI/UX**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design **thumbnails** for YouTube videos and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Create **clean, modern UI designs** for web apps, internal tools, and landing pages
- Design **marketing materials** (social posts, banners, visuals for courses or campaigns)
- Collaborate closely with our content and product teams to maintain a consistent visual identity

**Requirements**:

- Strong skills in **Photoshop / Figma / Illustrator** (or equivalent tools)
- Experience with **YouTube thumbnails** and understanding of click-through design psychology
- Basic understanding of **UI/UX principles** (layout, spacing, typography, color)
- Able to work independently and deliver quick turnarounds
- Portfolio that includes **both thumbnail and product design samples**

**Bonus**
- Motion design or animation experience
- Familiarity with **AI design tools** (Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, etc.)
