**We're Hiring: Recruiter for TikTok Creator Network**

Are you passionate about discovering and nurturing talent? Join us as a **Recruiter**, where you'll play a key role in building and managing an exciting network of TikTok creators in Malaysia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and recruit talented creators to join the TikTok Creator Network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring their growth and success.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to creators, fostering a positive and professional environment.
- Monitor creators' performance and work closely with them to enhance their content and engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve recruitment goals and KPIs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in recruitment, talent management, or working with influencers/creators.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok trends and live streaming best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, creative, and resourceful approach to finding and supporting talent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
