The role of Assistant, Total Rewards Service Delivery is to support the delivery of Total Rewards HR services to the Convatec enterprise as part of an international team of delivery experts. Our Total Rewards Administrator will be based in our Lisbon service delivery centre and will work closely with their colleagues in Total Rewards and other HR service teams, together with HR Business Partners and Senior People Partners to deliver great Total Reward services to our colleagues, which includes support for:

- Global reward programmes such as the Annual Compensation Review, Global Incentive Plan, Group Life Insurance
- Global Recognition programme
- Annual survey submissions.

Key responsibilities in your role include:

- Implement and stabilize Total Rewards service delivery, including process development, technology setup, and knowledge transfer.
- Establish clear guidelines for resolving requests efficiently at first contact.
- Stabilize support services post-implementation, ensuring agreed service levels.
- Enhance knowledge bases for direct colleague access to needed information and systems.
- Support the integration of additional Total Rewards activities into shared services.
- Participate in new team member inductions, providing feedback and improvement ideas.
- Serve as the first contact for pay, benefits, and incentives queries, resolving issues or referring as needed.
- Audit reward information, support survey submissions, maintain benefit data, and raise purchase orders, ensuring high-quality customer service and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to different styles and at different levels with impact and influence
