**Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance and manageable legal risks
- Scrutinize contracts from a legal perspective to prevent fraud, inducement, and clauses that may cause significant losses to the platform
- Assist in developing and optimizing the listing contract process and system to ensure compliance in business operations
- Participate in legal due diligence and risk assessments for listing projects
- Collaborate with the risk management team to conduct legal risk assessments and analysis
- Engage in internal training and legal knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team legal awareness and cultivation

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Law, with relevant work experience preferred
- Proficiency in legal risk identification and prevention, familiarity with contract law and related regulations
- Experience in risk management or listing contract management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in **English and Mandarin** will be highly advantageous
