Job Summary
- This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing. As a trainee, will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, learning about our products, target market, and sales strategies. This role will involve a combination of training, observation, and active participation in sales and marketing activities. **Requirements**:

- Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a desire to pursue a career in these fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn about our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Support the sales team by generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and scheduling appointments or product demonstrations.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain exposure to the sales process and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales scripts.
- Assist in analyzing sales data, monitoring sales performance metrics, and preparing reports for management review.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our industry, competitors, and market conditions to contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Learn and utilize sales and marketing tools, software, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Take part in sales and marketing training programs, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
