**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.

2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.

3. Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

4. Repairing and replacing damaged computers and network components.

5. Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software.

6. Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.

7. Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.

8. Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 4 years of work experience in IT support or IT technician roles.

3. Associate degree or advanced apprenticeship in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.

4. In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux and UNIX operating systems.

5. Practical experience with internet and network security protocols.

6. Problem-solving skills.

7. Technical documentation skills. 8. Organizational and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
