**PERSONAL DRIVER**

**Job Type : Full-time**
**Salary : RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**

Job Responsibilities:

- As a driver to the chairman and family.
- To report to the chairman’s house every morning.
- Manage daily routes in accordance with the schedule.
- Regularly check that all vehicles are clean, well maintained, and meet all safety requirements on a daily basis.
- Monitor, check, and arrange all vehicles for periodic maintenance.
- To be on standby as per required.
- To assist on other work when required by the chairman and family.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the chairman and family, management or its representative from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- At least 1 year of working experience as driver
- Possess a valid driving license
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Possess good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Able to handle admin work
- Able to multitask, responsible, hardworking, discipline, punctual, good working attitude, and well mannered.
- Do not have any previous disciplinary records, criminal records, or traffic offences.
- Able to handle strict confidentiality on all conversations and information appropriately.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays and be willing to work overtime and travel outstation as required (OT Claim, Outstation Allowance).

**Gaji : RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 sebulan**

TANGGUNGJAWAB KERJA:

- Sebagai pemandu kepada Pengerusi dan keluarga.
- Melaporkan diri ke rumah Pengerusi setiap pagi.
- Menguruskan perjalanan harian mengikut jadual.
- Sentiasa memastikan semua kenderaan bersih, diselenggara dengan baik, dan memenuhi semua keperluan keselamatan setiap hari.
- Pantau, semak, dan mengatur semua kenderaan untuk penyelenggaraan berkala.
- Bersedia mengikut keperluan.
- Membantu kerja-kerja lain apabila diperlukan oleh Pengerusi dan keluarga.
- Menjalankan apa-apa tugas lain yang berkaitan seperti yang diarahkan oleh Pengerusi dan keluarga, pengurusan atau wakilnya dari semasa ke semasa.

KEPERLUAN KERJA:

- Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai pemandu peribadi
- Memiliki lesen memandu yang sah
- SPM, Diploma atau kelayakan yang setaraf
- Mampu mengendalikan kerja-kerja admin
- Mempunyai komunikasi lisan dan bertulis yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa

Inggeris
- Mampu melakukan pelbagai tugas, bertanggungjawab, rajin, berdisiplin, menepati masa, sikap kerja yang baik, dan bersopan santun.
- Tidak mempunyai sebarang rekod tatatertib, rekod jenayah atau kesalahan lalu lintas terdahulu.
- Mampu mengendalikan kerahsiaan yang ketat pada semua perbualan dan maklumat dengan sewajarnya.
- Kemahiran menggunakan aplikasi navigasi
- Mesti boleh bekerja pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum serta sanggup bekerja lebih masa dan bekerja di luar pejabat seperti yang diperlukan (Tuntutan OT, Elaun Luar).
