Our Sales Team drives all sales activities from sourcing for leads, new customer acquisitions, contract renewals, and partner collaborations. We engage with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fundamentally transform our customers’ businesses. Come join our adventure
As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the HubSpot CRM system, oversee sales reports, conduct sales analysis, handle finance reconciliation, facilitate commission submissions, and manage sales materials. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Generate regular sales reports to track key performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Calculate and validate sales commissions based on established commission structures.
- Develop and maintain a repository of sales materials, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and proposals.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience 1 year in sales operations or a similar role within a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certifications in CRM administration or sales operations are preferred
