Plan, organize, review and control of all production activities and factory operational functions such as production, plant engineering, quality, warehouse & logistics.
- Develop, implement, and supervise manufacturing plans and strategies, including budgets for capital expansion of operations, major expenditures for facilities and equipment.
- Plan and monitor plant maintenance to make certain that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Responsible for production planning and monitor production output.
- Ensure cost effectiveness on operation and optimize the factory operation for better processing cost.
- Liaise with the OEM on the third party production.
- With the knowledge of the FDA regulation will be an advantage.
- Wide knowledge in Food processing plant.
- Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel.
- Analysing production data - output, productivity, utilization and cost variance and providing improvement solutions.
- Practicing and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP in the plant.

**Requirement**
- Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Bandar Baru Bangi.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
