Established in 2021 as a Malaysian subsidiary of ARCTEX. We import high quality used clothing(bundle) and miscellaneous goods from Japan and USA, select each item, and sell them at our own used clothing store "MEGA NICO". The company is able to sell its products at low prices because it purchases, sorts, and sells them in containers in-house. The concept of "MEGA NiCO" is to provide quality and inexpensive used clothing that is added daily in a space that can be enjoyed by both children and adults. The store also has a KIDS space, allowing shoppers with children to enjoy shopping at their leisure. LIST OUTLET MEGA NICO (BUNDLE SHOP): - Mega Nico Taiping - Mega Nico Ipoh - Mega Nico Plus+ Simpang Ampat, Penang - Mega Nico Seri Iskandar (Opening Soon) **JOB SCOPE** - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures. - Oversee all aspects of the outlet's functioning, such as customer service, sales, and inventory management. - Responsible for ensuring that customer service is provided well. - Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special promotions. - Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability. - Responsible for preparing weekly outlet sales reports. - Manage inventory levels to ensure stock in the store is always sufficient. - Responsible for keeping the shop clean and orderly. - Always plan to improve sales and promotions. - Provide leadership, guidance, and support to outlet staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. - Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning and development. - Ability to work under pressure. The duties listed above are not all inclusive duties as requested by management. **JOB REQUIREMENT** - Male or Female - Minimum one year experience in retails. - Minimum Diploma in related majors. - Business level of English fluency is required to communicate with the management team members who are stationed in various countries. - Holder of driving licence. - Compulsory knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow-up skills. - Able to make decision. - Enjoy working with all levels of employees. - Process good communication and written skills. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Schedule: - Fixed shift Supplemental pay types: - Attendance bonus - Commission pay **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) **Location**: - Seri Iskandar (preferred)
