JR68613 Snr Manager, MMP Component Assembly Manufacturing

As MMP’s Assembly Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the management one of the area in Assembly Manufacturing Teams. Seek for production execution improvement & strive for manufacturing excellence. You will be responsible for collaborating with partners (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement and all other supporting groups) and other site manufacturing team / Backend Central team to deliver tactical solutions to meet the customer demand and exceed the business plan. You will develop team member performance by coaching and mentoring team members and by enabling career development.

As one of the Leaders, you will also be responsible to drive the Site’s mission and enable it to be the benchmark (based on the Site’s mission). And support the site director to implement the strategy of Micron within the site.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and work with Site Leadership Team as well as Backend central team to define and drive business goals to meet Micron objectives and reinforce positive culture and system throughout the organization.
- Establish a clear and effective manufacturing organization to make sure a right structure and strong leaders in place.
- Effectively lead the manufacturing team through the right meeting structure and involve the right people from cross functional team.
- Ensure clear direction, performance goals, job profiles and expectation are established for all manufacturing team members
- Develop and track metrics regarding Manufacturing performance. Ensure plans are in place to drive key metrics to Best in class.
- Build effective budget plan and Headcount plan to ensure year over year improvement.
- Lead and own the entire manufacturing organization to achieve / exceed the Business Plan and performance metrics
- Provide a work environment that empowers employees to creatively improve their work efficiency, instills a sense of ownership in Micron, and support a team effort.
- Provide direct leadership on critical deliverables and intensified performance items to ensure barriers are removed and correct resources are applied. Ensure timely and transparent communication with business partners if performance issues will risk business objectives.
- Provide regular and structured communications to your team, including progress toward strategic objectives, Operations goals, priority projects, and company status. Ensure Team Members are well-engaged and motivated to achieve group and company objectives. Ensure subordinate managers communicate consistently and in alignment with your regular communications.
- Mentor the manufacturing team, identify and develop the pipeline of potential successors.
- Provide leadership on safety management and encourage/create a culture of safety.

**Requirements**:

- Greater than 10 years of managerial position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related field
- Progressive levels of manufacturing or engineering management experience
- Has depth of understanding and ability to lead manufacturing production daily operations.
- Has depth of understanding on Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to advance critical issues and connect with upper management.
- Has depth of understanding process and manufacturing operations matters and can give correct total priorities of cycle time, output and product qualities to direct reports.
- Proven ability as an excellent mentor, team builder and motivator.
- Validated leadership skills in the values of leadership, execution, teamwork, integrity, dedication and continuous improvement.
- Shown rich Semi-conductor industry related knowledge and skills
