Tasks & responsibilities:

- Conducting outbound call to a list of potential customers or leads.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long - term success.
- Develop positive relationship with clients.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Set and track sales accounts targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and quarterly forecast)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase tailored product and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interaction in our CRM system
