**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**: Supervise and coordinate daily production schedules for both food and gift products, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations, as well as product quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality across both companies.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely procurement and efficient use of resources.
- **Health and Safety**: Enforce health and safety standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present production reports, analyzing performance metrics and addressing any areas for improvement.
- **Problem Solving**: Quickly resolve any production-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency

Pay: RM1,476.36 - RM2,500.00 per month
