WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Operate and oversee jewellery retail operations
- Ensure branch setup and display is following the Retail Guide
- Monitor and update gold price at shop display and website (if needed)
- Managing, process and solve problem regarding company google form
- Monitor new and existing inventory, do a tagging item, sorting and transfer the ready item to each retail outlet.
- Create and ensure that content on media social up to date every day.
- Manage product listings and promotions on various online platforms, including the company’s website, Shopee, and others.
- To ensure all orders issued are delivered on time and ensure the highest delivery ratio.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Respond to online inquiries promptly, engage with potential customers, and facilitate the closure of sales deals
- Good interpersonal skills and outgoing personality with a strong passion towards people
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- At least 1 years relevant working experience in retail industry
- Hungry for improvement
- Possess own transport
