A HR Business Partner is a professional who oversees HR operations, provides guidance to management, analyzes HR metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and suggests HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
- Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- At least 5-8 years working experience in relevant industry
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
