**Check stock availability**
- Check the inventory report
- Check the lorry limit
- Check the customer payment history (small company)

**Record order in Loading list**
- Fill up the loading list based on the logbook (quantity might have differed)
- Determine the number of eggs that can be sent
- sending purchase orders to the finance department

**Arrange transportation**
- Check the limitation of the lorry for every company
- Arrange customer orders using two factors, location, and quantity (large trucks need 2000 eggs a day)
- Make sure the driver Delivered the eggs within a certain distance
- To allocate more on company lorry
- Decide whether to send eggs or not based on customer request

**Print DO and Invoice**
- Acquire the Delivery order and invoice from the finance department
- Print out 3 copies of the delivery order and 1 copy of an invoice from the system (current procedure)

**Check Eggs before and after load into the lorry**
- Re-check the eggs in the truck to make sure all eggs are the same as the delivery order
- Ensure all proper Delivery orders and invoices are sent to the truck driver

**After delivery**
- Waiting for the sign and chop from customer and filter them to ensure the customer sign and chop after the delivery and check if there any problem (complaint from customer)
- If there is no problem, approve and give chop sign to the driver to claim

**Return order**
- The driver will inform the inventory person and the sales coordinator
- Issue return form
- Need to submit a return form to the finance department

**Billing and ** **invoice**
- Give the delivery order and invoice to the lorry driver
- Doing the reports and filling the document
- Revise billing (if required)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Finance, Logistic, Inventory management and related.
- Experience with inventory is advantage.
- Capable to use Excell and inventory system.
- Pick up about calculation and know about statistic is required.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
