Oversee project operation with programming, method statement and construction sequence.
- Site operation planning and monitor execution of works.
- Monitor the progress of works and coordinate with site in problem solving.
- Liaison with employers, consultants, sub-contractors and external parties.
- Lead project teams to complete the projects on schedule, within budget and at a high level of quality.
- Familiar with NEC Contract with experience in being a Construction Manager / Project Manager / Site Agent of NEC Contract is preferred.
- Participate in the preparation of tender documents and technical submissions;
- Responsible for contract administration.
- Management of site daily operation by supervision of site staff, site foreman & sub-contractors; liaison with client and external parties.

**Requirements, Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Studies/Construction Management or equivalent.
- Over 10 years experience in construction industry with at least 3 years experience as construction manager or equivalent roles.
- Capable in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
