We are on the hunt for a front desk officer cum teller - customer service to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for taking transactions and processing receiving payments and each transactions issuance of receipts.

Your duties will include
- Must carry out all the requirements as per instructions spelt out in the WUPOS and WU's AML/CFT Compliance Guide for Agents
- Shall exercise reasonable diligence in detecting suspicious transaction as per the company’s and WU's Red Flags criteria
- Shall ensure all the relevant details are keyed into the system correctly based on the original identification documents
- Shall ensure that all WUPOS requirements are properly executed particularly the maker/checker
- Ensure the maker/checker function by FLA's is carried out with deligence to ensure transactions are free from data integrity issues
- Shall open and close business on time in line with the company directives
- Act as Teller / checker for respective branch

Main Responsibilities:

- Handling customer on their transactions ( send/receive)
- Ability to handling cash
- Ability to handle the daily opening / closing operations of branch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Student job

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
