**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures the continuous flow of work and compliance with production schedules according to the specifications
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows receiving, put away, kitting, stock requests, packaging and shipping.
- Manage warehouse personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for improved inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and reduced lead times.
- Implement best practices in warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and control freight cost for direct and indirect materials
- Implement periodic internal audits to ensure all policies and procedures are strictly followed and documentations are kept in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile any discrepancies to ensure data integrity in the system.
- Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory replenishment strategies.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to minimize stockouts, overstock, and wastage.
- Ensure proper storage of components and finished goods, considering handling requirements, shelf life, inventory value and security.
- Monitors inventory aging and shelf life for components and finished product
- Monitors material demand sourcing and traceability to identify the origin of the demand, ensuring each request is traceable to its source
- Responsible for managing and measuring KPIs for the warehouse department.
- Plan, coordinate, schedule and monitor movement of material throughout the warehouse
- Establish and ensure staff compliance with Quality Management System and work procedures
- Driving Efficiency and productivity through performance and cost.
- Works with transportation and parcel companies to reduce shipping costs
- Adhere to compliance and regulation as per custom requirement and LMW.
- Organizes and encourages teamwork & continuous improvement spirit to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer services with a high sense of urgency.
- Responsible for warehouse housekeeping - 6S.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 - 15 years of warehouse operations management experience
- Specialized training in Management, Lean Manufacturing and/or 6s(plus),
- Proven experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
