Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Administration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fast leaner and motivated.
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Fresh graduate with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply.

Responsibility
- Handling customer inquiries, prepare quote, request of datasheet, request of order acknowledgement upon PO, follow up on sample status and delivery status.
- Standby and support during online / offline working hour (if needed or urgent request).
- Liaise with project coordinator to monitor and make sure all project and customer(s) delivery schedule is meeting deadline.
- Follow up with existing customer(s) projects or new inquiries on regular basis.
- Preparing weekly sales report, tender list from 'e-Perolehan' and datasheet status report.
- Assist Sales Director / Manager to maintain overall businesses sales growth.
- Any other related duties as assigned by Sales Director / Manager

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
