We are looking for a talented and motivated **Product Manager** to join our growing team and lead the development and optimization of our **Tenancy Management System (TMS)** and **Renovation Management System (RMS)**. **About the Role**:As our **Product Manager**, you will take ownership of our Tenancy Management and Renovation Management Systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to shape the product roadmap, drive new features, and enhance the overall performance of our systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy**: Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Tenancy Management and Renovation Management Systems.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products on time and within scope.
- **User-Centered Design**: Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to ensure that the systems meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- **Feature Prioritization**: Manage the backlog and prioritize features based on business goals, customer impact, and feasibility.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Use analytics to assess product performance, track KPIs, and continuously improve product offerings.
- **Product Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in property management, real estate, or related fields.
- **Technical Understanding**: Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to build scalable and efficient systems.
- **User-Centric Approach**: A passion for understanding user needs and delivering solutions that drive real value for customers.
- **Project Management Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, define solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Tools & Software**: Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and data analysis platforms.

**Nice to Have**:

- **Experience with Tenancy or Renovation Management Systems** or real estate technology.
- **Agile Methodology** experience.
- **UX/UI Design Awareness** to help guide the design process.
- **Experience with SaaS Products**.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
