Administrative Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure the smooth running of departmental operations and activities.
- Coordinate and schedule internal weekly meetings, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and recording accurate minutes.
- Handle documentation processes, perform data checking, organize departmental records systematically, data entry and generate reports as required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while interacting professionally with all levels of management, departments staff, and external parties.
- Liaise with customers or business partners by arranging appointments, preparing meeting rooms, and welcoming guests in a professional manner
- Support the department’s daily functions with reliability and a proactive attitude, regardless of the situation.
- Complete tasks assigned by the superior and perform other related duties as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Have minimum 1 years of experience in an Information Technology environment focusing on administration.
- Strong command of English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills, and experience in international collaboration are mandatory.
- Experience in preparing valuable presentation slides for relevant audiences.
- Has good organization skills, self-initiative, and commitment with a high degree of flexibility and resiliency.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Mature and able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
