**Tenure: 1 year contract ( Renewable basis)**
**Work Location : Port Dickson**
**Salary: RM 2500**
- Managing and attending to customer feedback / issues and collaboratively solve it with resolution
- Manage, administer and keep the receiving counter operations smoothly and efficiently with professionalism & service orientation
- Support general administrative functions including payment processing, creating reports, maintain accurate inventory records, organize and file appropriate information
- Assist in executing company events by ensuring all requirements are carried out as planned
- Expected to undertake any other duties commensurate with Facilities Department activities
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Business/Admin/Facilities or equivalent
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Possess good oral and written communication skills (Both English & Malay)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in office administration, call center agent, customer service or related experience
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
